- Using the Service is optional and free in its basic form.
- We can change these Terms with 14 days' notice.
- The Service is for adults (18+), or minors with a legal guardian's consent.
- These Terms kick in the moment you register an account.
menu_book Definitions
Here's what these terms mean throughout this document:
- Service — the An7Way platform at an7way.com and the app.
- User — anyone with a registered account on the Service.
- Driver — a User posting a listing offering a ride or delivery.
- Passenger — a User using a ride listing a Driver posted.
- Listing — info about a planned ride or delivery a User added.
- Operator — An7Way Sp. z o.o., the company running the Service.
person_add Registration and your account
Signing up requires real info. Your account is personal and can't be transferred.
- Each person can only hold one active account.
- Your username is public and visible to others.
- Your email is used for verification and communication with us.
- Signing up means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these Terms without warning.
- Deleting your account is permanent — your data gets anonymized.
campaign Posting and searching listings
Any registered User can post a ride or delivery listing, with accurate route info.
- A listing must include accurate info: starting point, destination, date, number of open seats.
- No posting fake listings, duplicates, or ads unrelated to actual rides.
- We can remove a listing that breaks these Terms or the law.
- Location data (GPS) you enter while searching is only used for route matching and isn't made public.
- A listing expires automatically once its ride date passes.
directions_car Driver responsibilities
A Driver posting a listing confirms they hold a valid license and liability insurance.
- The Driver needs a valid category B (or higher) license.
- The vehicle needs current liability insurance and a valid inspection.
- The Driver is responsible for passenger safety during the ride.
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The Driver has to follow traffic laws.
- The ride price can only cover costs — it can't be commercial income (unless the Driver holds a taxi/VTC license).
luggage Passenger responsibilities
A Passenger using the Service agrees to travel courteously and safely.
- The Passenger needs to show up on time at the agreed pickup spot.
- The Passenger is on the hook for damage they cause to the Driver's vehicle.
- No alcohol or drugs during the ride.
- The Passenger should give the Driver a heads-up if canceling.
- The agreed ride amount (cost sharing) should be paid to the Driver as agreed.
shield Safety
An7Way works to keep things safe, but we don't verify user identity in real time.
- Before the ride, verify the driver's identity (plate number, vehicle look).
- Let someone close to you know your trip plans and route.
- Don't share personal ID info over chat.
- If something feels off, contact emergency services (112) and An7Way support right away.
- Report sketchy listings and profiles with the "Report" button.
payments Payments and settlements
An7Way doesn't handle payments — riders settle up directly with each other.
- The price on a listing is just a suggestion — it can be negotiated.
- Recommended payment: cash or BLIK on the day of the ride.
- An7Way doesn't take a cut of rides on the basic plan.
- Refunds and disputes get settled directly between the parties.
- We're not liable if one user doesn't hold up their end of a financial deal.
feedback Complaints and dispute resolution
Users can file a complaint about how the Service runs, through the contact form or our support email.
- Complaints about the Service itself are handled within 14 business days.
- For complaints about how a ride went (disputes between a Driver and Passenger), we can only mediate — we're not party to the ride agreement.
- File a complaint through the "Report" form or email: support@an7way.com.
- Disputes that don't settle amicably go to the court with jurisdiction over our office or the consumer's place of residence.
- Consumers can use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for out-of-court resolution.
balance Liability and exclusions
An7Way is strictly a tech intermediary connecting Users — we're not a carrier or a party to the ride agreement.
- We're not liable for how a ride goes, its quality, or its safety.
- We're not liable for content Users post in listings and messages.
- We try hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but can't guarantee 100% uptime (technical hiccups happen).
- Our liability to a User is capped at actual damages, excluding lost profits, as far as the law allows.
- None of this cuts into liability required by mandatory consumer protection law.
